Style Icon: Sarah

When I visited Ohio, not only was I lucky enough to spend time with my sisters, my awesome cousin Sarah came up from Columbus for a visit as well. Sarah has been like a fourth sister to us because we all grew up in the same small town so we always have a great time when we're all together!

These days Sarah and Kim live together so they are lucky enough to have double the wardrobe to choose from, especially since they have similar styles. (So jealous!!) They both like the classic and conservative preppy look but Sarah prefers to keep her accessories trendy and chic.

Here she pairs a classic striped dress J.Crew dress (similar) with opaque tights and black Sam Edelman booties (similar) giving an edge to her look when she heads to Arch City Tavern where she frequently meets friends for after work drinks.

Sarah loves the classic look of a chambray shirt and keeps it from looking too western by wearing sleek booties and a black J.Crew skirt and adding a pop of color with a Amrita Singh necklace when she visits The Rossi to grab dinner before a night out.

For a more casual look she sticks with Rag & Bone jeans and booties (similar) along with her favorite plaid shirt (similar) and blazer when she visits The Pearl in Columbus' Short North. Thanks so much for hanging out with us this week, Sarah! It's always more fun when you're around. Find more of Sarah's great style on the Fashioned app @sarahb.
